Ratstar looked down at his clan as the other leaders mingled. He began to try and smooth down the tufts of fur as they were always a pain when it came time for gatherings.

Skeletalstripe sat down next to the other deputies and peered out at the crowd of cats. he began to wonder why some of the cats around mainly small apprentices kept giving him a funny look.

Skullpaw was overwhelmed when he reached the fourtrees. He went in and was met by tons of cats. He sneaked into the crowd trying to stay close to the Windclan warriors.

Luckystrike turned to Hallowwisp taking in her unique beauty. He arched and eye brow before he summoned a half friendly smile. The gruff lion looking warrior was going to do his best to seem friendly. "Hello Hallowwisp, how is Riverclan?" Hollowwisp smiled at the Windclan deputy. "Great actually. Prey is running well, and we have new kits on the way." She purred, her eyes shining with the pride for her clan. She was trying to be the best deputy, since it was her first gathering since being chosen as deputy. |

Duskstar sighed since she had only been leader for this gathering she had to tell everyone how the leader died. She also had to announce Hollowwisp as the new deputy. She had been made leader at the beginning of the moon.

Luckystrike let his smile grow a bit nodding at Hollowwisp. More kits meant more warriors and he wondered if she was a mother herself. She looked like she could be one.
"Are you a mother?"
It was a strange question yes but curiosity couldn't hurt. He looked about noticing the other deputy of Thunderclan but didn't bother to speak to him. Something about him didn't seem right.

Moonstar looked around and saw everyone was getting comfortable and seated. Without asking the other leaders, Moonstar hopped up to the front of the rock and yowled to get the other cat's attention.
"Welcome, I will be starting the gathering today." Moonstar meowed when the other cats had quickly finished meowing to each other. "Recently, in Shadow Clan, Shadestar had passed after he was attacked by dogs. However there is no need for worry, I chased the dogs off myself." He paused momentary giving the others time to mumble about what he just said. "Even though Shadestar is passed, I want you to keep in mind that Shadow Clan is not weakened, but stronger, with a new, young, fresh leader like myself." He quickly glanced over to Ratstar and commented, "Wind Clan would know.... That is all from Shadow Clan."
.Silverstream.
Silverstream caught the attention of the Thunder Clan leader and looked back at him. 'I wonder what he's thinking,' Silverstream thought. She was about to turn away before anyone else noticed when she heard the Shadow Clan leader start the meeting.
When he spoke, something about him sent shivers down her tail. Of course, all Shadow Clan cats were tough and dark, but he sounded like he meant a whole lot more than he was saying, almost like he was keeping a secret. And that curt comment towards Ratstar, what was that about? Silverstream did not ponder about it any more when Moonstar padded to the back to let the next leader speak.

Hawkstar ears perked at the news and hint Moonstar gave. He turned to look at Ratstar. Odd name for a cat but that didn't matter clearly Shadowclan and Windclan had their own feuds stirring and it was just the first gather with all new leaders. He shook his head but didn't speak. He would go last, as he felt it was better he ended it since he had arrived first.

Duskstar stepped forwards, "I am sad to say that our last leader weakened by a late case of greencough has joined starclan, I am now then leader of riverclan and Hallowwisp is my deputy, I would also like to point out that riverclan is far from weak, and any intruders will be dealt with that is all," Duskstar meowed her voice coming out sharp and she stepped back to let the next leader speak.

Windclan's medicine cat mumbled to himself, quieting the apprentice with a flick of his tail. Moonstar's comment had certainly not gone unnoticed; for he could see the pelts prick on Winclan and Shadowclan cats alike. Yet when he gazed up at the clouds, the sky was clear and twinkling with their starry ancestors. That was certainly not harmless. Who put ants in his nest? Haresprint lowered his tail and wrapped it around his paws. He hadn't the courage to speak up, so it was no use to show his frustration. Shifting in his place, the cat wondered what Ratstar would say. |

Nettlepaw stepped out of the crowd in the back. The casting light of the full moon has revealed the pure snow white fur in the night. The crickets noise has been bothering her for a while, begging for them to be quiet. The day today before the gathering was quite great for her, she has found some tormentil and sorrel, which are surprisingly rare this new-leaf, weirdly. And it was a good walk for her that time, to rest a bit, and forget her duties for a little bit, after gathering the herbs, but at same time it makes her worry if she does that more often, it will considered slacking! But who cares now, this is even more interesting, as it is her very first participation in the Gathering, it means meeting new cats and talking, and maybe a chance to open up her closed treasures.

Ratstar took a small step forward and stared into the crowd of cats. "Windclan is not ill prepared for the Shadowclan cats as we have grown strong since the rogue attacks that took Ironstar's last life" he meowed starring clean at the Shadowclan leader. "Windclan is strong and has found a new leader and i have found a cat to take my place as deputy, his name is Luckystike" he said as he turned his attention back to the cats in front of him. "That is all" he said taking a step back and perking his ear so that he will hear the Thunderclan.

Hawkstar stepped forward looking out at all the gathered cats in silence. His blue eyes much that of a hawk roamed over faces of the cats. He looked very intimidating as his broad shoulders flexed and his head held high he let his deep voice thunder in the silence of the cats. It was clear by his tone he was not playing and this tone wasn't often used but now was needed. Authority was all you could say to sum it up.
"Any cat to step over to Thunderclan border with intentions of a threat to us will not have its life spared. My cats will attack and defend on my command do not underestimate out past kindness. Goldenstar has passed to Starclan by the unfortunate events of drowning. He was a much kinder spirit than me. Don't start with a clan you can't handle."
It was a warning yes but he wasn't the one going around attacking other clans like Moonstar. He needed to speak with Ratstar on what happen with His clan as it was clear Shadowclan was up to know good. He dipped his head before stepping back waiting for someone to end the meeting.

"This meeting is over," Duskstar meowed springing of the great rock and walked over to her deputy, "Its time we go back to our own territory, gather our warriors and meet me by the entrance," She meowed and headed to the entrance

Silverstream.
Silverstream was disappointed, she wished she would have been able to talk to Hawkstar. It was sad these gatherings lasted so shortly, but her leader Duskstar was calling her warriors to leave. She just hoped no one could sense her disappointment.
.Moonstar.
Moonstar was a little annoyed Duskstar was the next to go. He wanted to see how Ratstar would redeem himself after Moonstar's comment. Moonstar listened, but his tail flicked with impatience. Finally, Ratstar spoke. Not bad. He could see the pelts on the wind clan cats rise, but no one said anything and the sky stayed clear. Next Hawkstar spoke and Moonstar listened carefully to what he had to say. A challenge? Hawkstar may have no realized it, but Moonstar had just had his mind set on the next target for a raid.
"Very well." Moonstar meowed at the end of the meeting. "I want my warriors to meet up with me at the Thunder Path, then we will return to camp together."

Ratstar nodded at the Thunderclan leader's words. He had to hand it off to the older leader as Hawkstar was very convincing in his threat. "Luckystrike gather our clan mates I will be waiting at the entrance" he meowed to his deputy. Leaping down off of the mighty rock he looked at it once more wondering how it had gotten here. Shaking the thought from his head he walked toward the entrance.

Hawkstar
Hawkstar didn't have to speak he just signalled with his tail to his clan mates as he jump down from the rock. He drew Fallenfeather closer his eyes burning straight ahead as he talked. He would let Skeletalstripe lead it back as he needed tontalk with someone he trusted.
"I want you to start more Shadowclan border patorls and you will lead most of them as will I."
Fallenfeather looked curious on to why he was telling him this and not his deputy but he didn't speak on it as his best friend he hardly questioned Hawkstar. Because he would have done the same. As to why Fallenfeather wasn't deputy was a question to the whole clan practically.
---- Luckystrike Signaled to the other cats in his clan before he disappeared to find his leader. If Moonstar was striking clans it would be Thunderclan next as they are the closest. He wondered why the Shadowclan leader was attacking everyone. It wasn't leaf bare so the purpose had to be something dark and evil. He wanted to get to the bottom of it sooner than later. Maybe he could question Frostbite or Lionclaw . Ooc: Jig I need to speak with you on the Thunderclan attack as there needs to be a certain thing happen please ^^ |

Ratstar walked toward the entrance wanting to leave this gathering. He had been puzzled as he thought of why Shadowclan attacked. 'perhaps Moonstar knew there was a badger and wanted to warn Windclan. Maybe he wanted to use the badger to draw me out and take one of my lives. Dear Starclan send me a sign on this.' He thought silently as he continued his walk to the entrance back to Windclan.
