The day was one of the warmest ones Crosspaw had seen since Newleaf started back up. The sun was high in the sky and warming the camp and little more than usual, there was a fairly pleasant breeze blowing through thee camp. Crosspaw yawned comfortably, laying on her side and basking in the sun as she rested her eyes softly, a faint smile at her maw. After a little while and stretched, yawning softly and sitting up, licking down her slightly ruffled white and orange fur out of boredom. She had already been hunting for the clan and she had already cleaned out the elder's den and talked the the elders so they wouldn't seem as lonely.. What else was there to do? She sighed softly and licked her paw, softly running it over her face to clean it.

Skullpaw opened his right eye peering around at the den. Easily he spotted Crosspaw and began to stretch out his back. A smile crept across his maw Morning Crosspaw he said softly.

Crosspaw smiled softly, clearly enjoying the silence around the camp as she let her tail curl neatly over her paws. The warriors weren't bickering, the other apprentices and kits weren't tugging at her tail and ears, it was absolute bliss from how she pictured it. She softly licked down her chest fur in cleaning it but paused when a voice pierced her silence causing her ear to twitched back towards the apprentice den. She blinked thoughtfully and recognized the voice to belong to Skullpaw. Putting a smile on her face to turned to look at the bed-ridden tom, "Morning Skullpaw." The little she-cat greeted in delight, pricking her ears forward.

Scullpaw smiled back at her your up early he said as he began to clean his fur. He pricked his ears up wanting to hear her explanation. Looking to the ground, looking at his paws. He wished he was out on the moorlands thinking that it would be so great.

Crosspaw shrugged softly in reply to his statement, "It's the only time it's actually quiet and peaceful. The warriors aren't bickering and the other cats aren't bugging me." She stated, standing and stretching her body softly. "But, hey- I could say the same thing about you being up early." She mused teasigly.

Crosspaw paused thoughtfully and smiled, figuring it wouldn't hurt to go along. Besides, she didn't have anything better to do. "Yeah." She answered happily, immediately trotting after her with happy eyes as she glanced around, stretched slightly. "Where are we off to?" She asked curiously.

I was planning to go out of camp for a little. You can come, if your man enough to. He began to walk toward the elders den knowing it was a short way out. it is very funny i found this as a kit and no one else has he thought. Glancing back one more time before disappearing behind the elders den. He began to think about the young she-cat.

Crosspaw rolled her eyes softly in amusement and smirked, she was capable of handling plenty of things when it came to hunting and fighting, even for her small size. She paused and looked at Skullpaw questioningly, wondering what he was doing. Wasn't the exit the other way? She sighed dismissively and shrugged it off before trotting after him.

Skullpaw stretched his jaw to grapple it around a stick. Slamming down on the stick he began to pull it out of the barrier. With a few pulls he had released the stick from it's lodge making a piece of the barrier fall. The hole was big enough for a cat to fit through. He climbed into the hole and out of camp.

Crosspaw paused and blinked in surprise before smiling and looking the trap over. "That's pretty cool." She mused thoughtfully, crawling through the hole and looking around with a smile. "Let's go, then." She stated, looking over at Skullpaw.

Scullpaw nodded and took the lead and went toward the tall grass. He smiled as he loved the feeling of moorlands beneath his feet. Looking forward to diving into his old hiding place his maw grew a small smirk.

Crosspaw stretched, glancing around with soft eyes as she realized they were heading to the moorland. She smiled faintly and purred when a soft and refreshing breeze brushed past.

OOC: what is muse scullpaw leaped into the air then dived into the Tall grass. The Tall grass tickles his nose as he breathed in the familiar scents. He followed a scent trail he knew well. Until he found his mussel in the hole.

[ Muse - Basically like my ability or thought to post posts that are longer then your usual paragraph of describing the surroundings and character. ]
Crosspaw paused in slight surprise, glancing around and creeping forward with curious eyes. "Skullpaw?" She murrowed, creeping forward and stumbling slightly with a surprised squeak, her ears pricked forward curiously.

Scullpaw gently flicked his tail at her. Crosspaw think of hunting prey do you call it's name? he hissed at her. He began to think of a way to turn this into a training exercise. Then he thought of turning this into a way of training other apprentices. When his mind finally thought it through he ducked and began to stalk around like he was stalking prey.

Crosspaw huffed and rolled her eyes, "There's plenty of prey back at camp.. He's being boring." She thought, promptly sitting down and curling her tail around her paws so she wouldn't mess up the hunting tactic again. She glancing away from him off to the side and scented through the air, picking out rabbit and vole. She paused and rose back to her paws, veering away from Skullpaw and creeping forward, focusing on a brown rabbit as she crept towards it.

Scullpaw grinned as he thought. Yes my secret hiding place remains. He laughs silently as he slipped down the hole next to him. Soon he found himself in a small cave big enough for 6 full grown warriors. A small trickle of light came down from a different hole. He looked down the familiar holes and at the familiar rock formations.

Crosspaw stared forward at the rabbit, her eyes wide and tail flicking slightly. She narrowed her eyes softly ad took a step forward but the rabbit immediately took off. She froze and growled in annoyance before she darted after her, the wind whipping through her thin white and orange pelt as she sped after the rabbit, finally managing to catch up in stride and grasp her claws into its warm brown fur. She panted breathlessly and bit into the preys neck, short of breath after her tiring sprint.
