Basic Appearance:
Maidesa's pelt is that of a sleek silver tabby, and her build quite muscular. This silver color fades into white on her underbelly, and beneath her shoulders; these places are also flecked with darker gray. This she-cat's ears are riddled with jagged holes as well. This is because, over the years, her Indicia--a feather dangling from a loop of vine, stuck together by a glob of hardened sap--has been ripped from her skin several times over. Maidesa's eyes are a pale yellow color, like twin October Moons.
Personality:
Maidesa, as the psychotic grin implies, is not all there. Her ways differ greatly from the Luminaries before her. Instead, her rule is darker, and more impulsive; yet not entirely evil. That is mainly because her fellow Council members wouldn't allow it. On the other hand, she can be quite harsh, curt, and most unpleasant. She is very intelligent, however, and has a calculating nature about her; but this she-cat is also pretty gullible when it comes to character judgement.
History:
At seven moons old, Maidesa was visited in a dream by a dark figure. This figure--a cat, most definitely--made a deal with her, saying that he would help her train for her Task of Self-Worth, in return for a promise. That promise was that she should one day become a Luminary, and to lead the Assembly at a new level. Of course, the kit obliged. That was where she went wrong. For the moons to come, Maidesa trained ruthlessly alongside the cat. Then, when she passed her Task with flying colors, he disappeared.
The cat did not return to her until she became Luminary, and her bond with the Place of Pureness was strengthened. Ever since, he's been training her. Again.
