Name: Raccoonpaw
Gender: tom
Age: 7 moons
Clan: Windclan
Rank: apprentice
Appearance:
His grey fur is short to medium length and for the most part it is grey. His sides and neck are spotted while his legs, tail, and face are striped with black. At the end of his tail the black markings form a few thick rings, like the raccoons he was named for. His stubbornness has earned him a few fights in the nursery. Some even with claws unsheathed. He has only earned one mark, a scratch that tore through one of his ears. He hates the thing, but he always treats it like a battle scar when he’s talking to other cats. Of his brothers and sisters he is the first born and the biggest and his paws are massive for his size. His father, Heavymoon, was bulky for a Windclan cat, for he joined the clan smelling like a rouge a few seasons ago. The traitof size was passed down to their eldest. To some he may seam a bit round at first, but trust that that is nothing more than underdeveloped muscle.
Obviously from a much older cat . . . but it's what I could find. Pic doesn't seem to want to show. So I put it in a link. Hope that's all good.

Personality:
Raccoonkit is very sneaky, like the animal he is named for. He is always prowling around silently, causing trouble and such. He enjoys the thrill of risking punishment for being out of camp. Even when he is punished and confined he sees it as a challenge and finds ways to escape anyway. But his sneaking around in the shadows has given birth to a habit of stealing from whatever he happens to run into.
While he is not the best the fighter he is still a pretty bulky Windclan cat. He likes a good fight with his littermates and when they play he always insists he is the leader of Tigerclan. Anyone who says otherwise have to fight to protect their ears. His mother has scolded him plenty of times, telling him not to use his claws against his clanmates, but he really doesn’t like listening.
Besides, it's just a game and he needs practice for when he is older.
Even as a clanborn cat he doesn’t really like listening to the warrior code very much. He understands it, but doesn’t see the point. Who cares if the warrior code says ‘don’t steal from other territories.’ If the other territories wanted their prey protected they would defend their borders better wouldn’t they? And if they did that it would only mean a better game for the little mischievous thief. Why should we thank Starclan for food? They didn’t give it to them. What was the point of staying up for a whole night after being a warrior, and needing an apprentice before becoming deputy? And how come the word of the leader is the warrior code? They’re not right all the time. Even though he is fiercely loyal to his clan, and probably fight for it until his death, he still doesn’t understand everything.
Because of Raccoonkit's father’s rejection of his kits he is determined to make him proud. The best way to do that is to become clan leader. This ambition burns in him even as a young kit. He wants to be leader more than anything and he’s not sure how far he’s willing to go to become one.
History:
The last few seasons had gone well for Windclan and with greenleaf came plenty of rabbits. With the prey running well and tentions between the other clans not bursting at the seams a new cat stepped onto the moor. His name was Heavymoon. At first he appeared at the edge of the border, leaving his sent at the entrance to highstones, but in time thr rouge showed his face to a patrol and asked to be brought to camp. He stood before Ratstar and claimed the reason for his presence was for the sake of love. He had been watching a she-cat named Flowerstep and wished to become her mate. He was willing to join the clan, to hunt and fight for the clan, if it meant a chance that he could be with her. He was accepted into the clan and within time Flowerstep became his mate. When she began to expect kits Heavymoon became distant. He loved his mate, yes, but he had never asked to become a father, nor did he know how. As a result he never visited his kits in the nursery and for most of their kithood life they never knew who he was.
On a starlight night Raccoonkit opened his eyes for the first time and left his nest. He did not get very far on his first oddesy, stopped by the watchcat of the night. He made a bet with himself that night to see if he could get farther without being noticed. He enjoyed being the hunted and planning ways to escape. as time passed he was caught and returned to his nest less and less often. When his denmates opened their eyes they wrestled and he would win since the others were more like their Windclan born mother. But when they raced he usually lost. He listened to the stories the elders told and dreamed of a time when cats were as big as trees with dark stripes in their fur.
When he was nearly old enough to become an apprentice Raccoonkit met his father for the first time. He had snuck out from the nursery and found himself the nest of the cat who was on gaurd that night and settled in. While he slept he rolled out of the nest and into a large black warrior who yowled at him, calling him by his name. Raccoonpaw was confused at how the warrior knew him when they had never met, but the warrior dismissed it and picked up the kit. He dropped him at the entrance to the den and told him to go back to his mother and to sleep. He turned away then and said nothing. When Raccoon asked Flowerstep about the warrior she sadly told her kits that he was their father. But Raccoonpaw didn't understand why he had never come to see them or why he didn't love his kits. When he was older though he'd make his father love him. They'd hunt together and share prey and do stuff that families do.
Now Raccoonpaw is an apprentice and his sneaking days are limited. His biggest focus is to be the best warrior he can. That will make his father proud of him. That will make him love him.
