Calico & Peaches - Update 7/13/12

[- Leafy -]

- These are my two babies. <3 I don't know what I'd do if I lost either one of them. You should have seen me over the weekend. xD The news said there was flooding near by house and my mind immediately shot to those two kittens, wondering if they were okay, wondering if they had made it. Not once did I think about our chickens, turkeys, or hunting dogs. My mind went straight to those kittens. xD Anyways, I'll add more as time goes by. I could barely get any good pictures of them. Peaches was fairly easy but he wouldn't look at the camera. And I couldn't get one picture of Calico without her sitting in my lap wanting to be loved on, but I finally got a few nice ones in there. x3 Well, I guess they were just really excited to see their mommy. I haven't seen them since Wednesday so I can see why they didn't really want there pictures taken at the moment.

- How We Found Cally and Peachy
Okay, basically my mom found them. I was off at school, actually the last day of school, and I decided- Hey, I might as well walk home. No sense riding the bus down that road when my house it right there.. And when I got home my moms doing her own little thing cutting grass so she says 'Hey, your dad's down at the barn. Why don't you go help him?' Being me I agreed, without much excitement at the thought of working in the yard, and walked down to the barn. I didn't even get to walk inside when I see these five little kittens come running out. I absolutely freaked out! x3 They were so adorable! Okay, yes- I did say there was five and now there's only two. Let me explain that, first we had S.J. [Simon Jr.. He unfortunately got sick and passed away.], then we had Mittens , we also had Ranger [Someone also took him.. Still not happy about that. We weren't even planning on giving them away.] So, all I have now if Calico and Peaches, and I'm sure you can see why I'm so protective over the little runts now. x3

x3 Thanks. I really couldn't get very good pictures of Calico. She wouldn't get off of me, that's why I was surprised when I saw I actually got a few nice shots of her in there. xD Guess she was scared I was gonna leave her again. Peaches wasn't terribly hard to get a picture of.. He just wouldn't look at the camera as much as Cally would. But, anyways, like I said- Thanks. :3 Peaches looked absolutely amazing when he was smaller, but he's grown out of his cuteness. Between my lab slobbering all over him and carrying him around the yard [she thinks she's their mom] and Harley trying to attack him it's amazing he's still in good shape, the poor thing. But he's making it. x3

I'm in love with Cally She soooo Cute. I like how she poses for the camera and everything. She knows she's adorable and seems willing to show it off.

x3 Yep. That would be Cally. <3 Recently my parents decided, after much of my begging, that she can stay inside. Right now she's laying in front of me trying to attack my fingers while I type on the computer. xD I hope she falls asleep soon. She's just now calming down.

Haha she's full of life and adventure. She stays up all night and takes power naps in the afternoon ^_^
