Luckystrike softly stared forward, mindlessly concentrating on a brown rabbit in front of him, unaware of the danger it was in and happily nibbling on a piece of grass without a care in the world. The russet toms pelt blended perfectly with the grass that was wilted and brown from the former leafbare, though it would be back and growing sooner or later. Slowly the stealthy tomcat started forward but the rabbit jerked up in alarm and saw him coming from a mile away in his stance. He bit back a growl of annoyance at himself and rushed forward with the swift speed that only a Windclanner like himself could have, his body streaking after the rabbit in impatience as he forced himself forward, absolutely determined to not let this rabbit get away. Just a few more lengths.. The tom immediately leaped and tackled the scurrying rabbit, taking it down in a tumble with himself and biting into its neck. Luckystrike panted, releasing the now dead prey and popping up from his tumble, standing and shaking the grass and dust out of his ginger pelt with a confident smirk at his maw.

Luckystrike paused and and looked over at Ratstar, offering a smile as he sat the rabbit down, "That would be nice, thank you Ratstar." He answered with a nod, his ginger fur tossled and out of place from his tumble in catching the rabbit.

Luckystrike glanced at his leader and nodded in reply before standing and starting forward again, his search for prey so the clan could eat edging him on. The tom softly scented the air as he searching for prey but apparently his sprint with the rabbit had scared most of it off. That meant more walking. The russet colored cat blew out a sigh and kept on, trying to keep his pawsteps as quiet as they would be against the grassy ground.
