Duskstar was sound asleep in her nest she had gone night hunting again and was dreaming of the great time she had, had. Turning over in her nest she woke up as the sun fell across her eyes waking her up. Juding by the position of the sun in the sky she would say that it was about sunhigh. Narrowing her eyes against the harsh sunlight she pricked her ears listening to the sounds of her clan mates move around the clearing. It seemed like her deputy wasn't in the camp, 'probably hunting,' she thought flicking her ears back and forth. 'I hope she'll report to me when she returns to camp,' she thought licking her chest. Seeing how ungroomed the rest of her fur was, she decided to groom the rest of her fur. Now her dusky gray fur was sleek and neat and she turned her amber orbs back to the entrance of her den. When she had become leader she had chosen Hollowwisp as her deputy, and had never regretted her decision once. Hallowwisp was a good deputy she had never let her down once, and she was glad to have such a good deputy especially since she was pretty young to be the leader. She had only had one apprentice after she had her warrior ceremony and now she was the leader of riverclan. Sighing she sat up straighter in her nest her eyes fixed on the entrance and her ears angled towards the entrance listening to the sound of her deputies return.

Crowflight eyes landed upon Duskstar they narrowed at the sight of his leader but he didn't move from in front of the warriors den. He supposed she was for Hollowwisp as usual whenever he saw one it seemed the other was there. Like they were attached at the him almost. It was clear they either took their job seriously or were best friends. Most likely both, he use to rage for the deputy spot but he was an antisocial cat so he soon realized the role would not quite fit his personality well.
But his personality hadn't always been quite like this you are model into your character as you grow from experiences. His made him into such an unlucky character. Not wanted by most and feared by many in his own clan. He wondered if things would be different if he had a different life? Would he want to be any different than he was now? The question would unanswered for many moons to come he knew. He rose to his paws heading to the fresh-kill pile a bit hungry.

Duskstars gaze sharpened as she noticed Crowflight she hadn't always been very social, to be honest she still wasn't very social. At least not being social meant that no one had ever asked her to be their mate, because she didn't really know if she actually believed in love. She guesses that she should start associating with her other clan mates, instead of only if they came to her with their problems. Sighing she curled her tail over her paws and gazed unblinkingly towards the entrance of camp, her ears flicking back and forth as memories of her past rushed through her mind.

Crowflight thought better than just being selfish as he noticed his leader seem to be thinking on something important. He grunted as he picked up to fish padding over to her. He drop the fish in front of her, it was meant to be a respectful gesture. He dipped his head at her, he figured she hadn't had her morning meal as she woke up later than usual.
He sat down watching her for a moment before speaking. Yes he was antisocial but if something was troubling someone he was kind enough to speak on it IF He felt like it fortunately for Duskstar he was curious of what was troubling her. It was not normal for him to be kind but that didnt mean it wasnt possible. This was merely out of the best for the clan. How would they be a great clan when the leader was troubled in her thoughts. He frowned a bit he couldnt imagine much but he was sure being leader wasnt all fish and sharing tongues as she let it seem. But what could possibly be so horrible when she was in control of a clan?
"Something clouding your thoughts from the sun,Duskstar?"

"Huh? Oh just thinking about my past," Duskstar meowed dipping her head in acknowledgment to the warrior. She didn't talk about her past, and if someone asked about her past she would get easily offended, but with Crowflight it was different, she felt like he could understand what she wad going through. To be honest the only reason she stopped talking about her past wad, because others treated her like she was a kit, so she rarely brought it up, and if others brought it up she was likely to bite your head off, not in the literal sense of course. It was just an expression she wasn't actually gonna bite the persons head off.
Ooc: can she develop a crush on him I am just so bored

(Lol sure but he's such a harsh cat it will be difficult to break through his cold exterior and somewhat interior)
Crowflight watched her for a moment. He didnt know what vibe he was getting from her but it felt unusual. He didn't know whether to leave or stay. He felt a bit uncomfortable about even asking her. He shifted his paws looking off at the other warrior a bit.
"Would you like to talk about it or should I go do my duties?"
He felt that was a great risk on his part. He was a good listener as being antisocial taught him more to listen than to speak but when he did it was a sudden thing you wouldn't think of. His voice was deep intimidating as his looks but it held some seductive manner to it you'd stay to listen. His eyes wandered the camp again as he lookes for Hollowwisp. He was starting to panick a bit in his head as being around a cat for too long made him feel awkward. He wondered if she would suddenly appear in camp and need to talk to Duskstar like he hoped. But even if he felt this way you would never know as his face was emotionless as his amber eyes.

Ooc: well she'll have to let go of her past first before she can even admit that she likes him to herself.
"No, just get back to your duties, and thanks for trying to talk to me," Duskstar meowed suddenly wary and looked around flicking her ears. Once she thinks that she can share her her with someone she decides not to. 'She just wasn't ready to talk about her past and that was that,' she thought glazing back at Crowflight. She couldn't help admitting that he was good looking for a tom, 'Woah wait a minute I can't be having this feelings love is just a myth, I don't even believe in love,' she thought suddenly angry.

Crowflight rose to his paws when she relieved him from being next to her. He padded off towards the river. He might as well go for a wish or hunt. His mind seemed a bit rattled by their conversation. He shook his head at that thought before he disappeared.

Duskstar let out a weary sigh and laid down no longer in the mood to hunt and her appitite was gone, but she had to eat even if she wasn't hungry. Sighing she turned towards the fish that Crowflight had brought her when he had first come over. Blinking she began to eat the fish slowly going back to listening to the return of her deputy.

It wasn't long till Crowflight reached the river watching it intensely for a movement. He was pleased by the rivers flow, he slid into the river bank letting the ice cold waters force pull slightly against the edges of his fur. It was a force he welcomed while others feared. He swam with the force letting the liquid calm his on end nerves. This also brought back memories of his lost brother. He suddenly felt guilty for enjoy the rush of water when that was how his brother departed to Starclan.

Duskstar finished the fish crossly and leapt to her paws and began to pace lashing her tail back and forth. 'where is Hollowwisp?' she asked herself crossly kicking a pebble and scowling. She didn't have a real control over her anger and right now she was both confused and angry. 'She had actually let herself get comfortable with one of her clan mates, she had promised herself that she would never fall in love. Plus having a mate or crush will only get in the way of my duties,' she thought bitterly kicking another pebble this time harder causing it to bury it in the log that the could easily see across to sunning rocks. She had no idea why she was so angry about the thought of falling in love, but for what ever reason she was. Scowling she ducked back into her den and sat down in her nest stiffly. If someone had a question they could just come into her den.

Crowflight snapped out of his daze and swam to the river bank, when he stepped out of the water it almost seemed as if he hadn't just taken a swim. The water easily rolled of his pelt merely leaving him mildly damp. Shaking his fur a bit he had to admit that made it much better as the water weight on his fur partially disappeared. He turn to the river side feeling the need to catch a few fish. His tail slash through the air as his eyes dart from place to place in the murky blue water. Now all that was needed was patience.

Duskstar closed her half-way tuning out all the noises around her and let her mind wander. She let her head rest on her paws, but kept her ears pricked listening to the return of her deputy, and tried not to let her thoughts stray to Crowflight. She felt her thought stray to Crowflight anyway and she dug her claws into her tail and broke out her thoughts and slowly opened her eyes all the way.

Crowflight scooped up the fish he had caught padding pack to camp. He was a bit tired suddenly and moved soft what slowly. Once he reach came and dropped the fish off at the Fresh-kill pile he ducked his head into the elder's den.
"Do you need anything?"
Was all he said when he got no reply he huffed and disappeared to the edge of camp. As he passed her felt eyes upon him and voices lower themselves. They were speaking of him, the mysterious outcast of Riverclan. He didn't understand why they found him being loner like to be so interesting. It was odd to him but he didn't question it. Riverclan was a stick together clan, they were like a school of fish never straying from each other. He didn't stray from the school as they thought, in fact he was as loyal as the next cat the other difference was he wasn't exactly the friendliest or socially active cats as the others would like him to be.

Duskstar walked out of her den and headed towards the entrance of camp. She walked outside and looked around deciding that she would go for a swim in the river to cool herself off,

[ Can you add some more or something? This thread will die off if our cats don't start talking there is no point in just making them walk around doing nothing.]

Duskstar gazed over her shoulder at Crowflight, "I'm going for a swim, you can calm if you want," she meowed hiding the longing for him to say yes. 'Whats wrong with me?' she asked herself gazing at the sky as she waiting for her clan mate to answer. It was, so hot today and it would be nice to go for a swim especially with some company. 'Wait when have I ever cared about company?' she asked herself confused flicking her ears.

Crowflight knew better than to deny his leader's request and rose to his paws following after her quietly. Had he done something to wrong to her talk to him or was she going to question him or his opinion on something. It made his fur on end that he didn't know what his leader's out reach for him meant. He sat down at the edge of the water as she slipped into the River. He didn't speak suspecting her to say something but he wasn't sure what exactly.

Duskstar also slipped into the river letting the water wash over her back. "Nice weather," she meowed trying to start a conversation wanting to strangle herself. "I'm so stupid," she hissed not knowing she had said her thought out loud.

Crowflight tilted his head, for one thing he didn't understand other cats especially she-cats he had little experience around her so when she spoke on herself being stupid he was generally confused. He wiggled his nose at the thought. How could she call herself stupid when she is a leader and keeps everything in check? His eye brows furrowed at the thought. I mean first she had spoke about the weather and then moments later called herself stupid. He was unsure of her as he was unsure of where this conversation was going to go.
"Why would you say that? You don't seem to be stupid.."
