Quarter Quell Twist:

The tributes are placed in a replica District 13...the way it's shown on television. That means the smoldering remains of a once-respected district, skirted with thick temperate forests. Once you get through the first few rows of ashen, broken down trees, it's actually decent forestland. I wouldn't brush off the smoking buildings altogether, though. After all, few would serve a sturdy bunker....

Suprise! There will also be three Victors this year! May the odds be ever in your favor!

( This year, an army-style jumpsuit emblazoned with the Capitol seal will be worn in the arena. Get ready to smile for the capitol! )
