Another suggestion!
I thought it would be more noticeable if the staff members had their names bold and with colors. So here are colors and their hex codes:
Admin {A52A2A}
Global Mod {4B0082}
Mod {6A5ACD}
Bio Approver {2E8B57}
Newbie Helper {B8860B}
And also the key colors {user legend colors} can be placed near the users online tab, where it usually goes.
Sooo, whaddya guys think? c: Yay or nay?
