Shadowfoot
Name(s):
Gender:
A Tom.
Age:
12 moons. Brand new warrior.
Clan:
Thunderclan
Rank:
Warrior (( But sometimes treated like an elder))
Appearance:
Shadowfoot is a skinny tom, with lean muscles and long legs. He does not have much in the 'fat' category, and has a bit of a time trying to gain weight. His fur is short,and will (rarely) come off in some patches. His eyes are actually blue, but have a hue of violet which presents itself strongly in the sunlight/ other bright lights. A bit frail, he does get injured from tripping and falling a bit. Shadowfoot is able to achieve very fast speeds through short bursts of running due to his longer legs. He is very light on his paws as well, and can easily be stealthy. Perhaps the only part of Shadowfoot with thick, fluffy fur is his tail, which starts out thin but puffs out at the end and is a lovely target for kit's to bat at much to his displeasure. His claws are long, thin and sharp and his teeth are in mint condition. The young Tom's ears are perky and swivel frequently.
Illness/health quirks:
Defective Themoregulation (Can't control body temperature).
Personality:
Shadowfoot is a loyal cat to Thunderclan, although his opinions may conflict with those of other cats around him. He is very quiet, somewhat bordering on selective-mutism of sorts, but will speak out now and then, especially if you get him irritated or on the contrary, very happy. Sometimes he will spurt out random sentences out in the middle of no-where and then receed back into silence. His most frequent form of communication is using body-language, although he will get frustrated and speak to you if you just cannot understand cat-sign-language. Sometimes he gives off that irritable-old-elder vibe, especially during leaf-fall, leaf-bare or abnormally long greenleaf. Happy Shadowfoot happens during neuteral weather and lots of fresh-kill or cats to pummel. Sometimes Shadowfoot can go over-board with violence, and when he gets really angry, and it is hard to snap him out of it. Hunting? this cat loves hunting, and he also likes to take secret strolls through the forest, admiring the weather and the quiet. Company is good too sometimes, though. Even when he is really weak in leaf-bare, he will be very stubborn and put himself in danger to make sure he is doing just as much work as other cats are to help keep the clan up. Shadowfoot is homosexual (and yes, it is proven that cats can be such), is out in the open about it and quite frankly does not care if others find him odd because of it.
History:
When Shadowfoot was a kit, his parents, the whole clan knew something was wrong. with him He had cases of whitecough in newleaf, and was huddled around during the leaf-bare and leaf-fall moons in fear that he would aquire greencough and ascend to Starclan too early. Growing up, cats found that he had a tendency to complain about sore legs, shoulders and sometimes would find himself too weak to run around when it was cold. When the air was hot, the kit who was growing into a young apprentice, fainted and grew light-headed. He did not pant the way other cats did, Shadowfoot did not sweat from his paws either. It was concerning especially to his parents BrambleTail and Hawkfeather who did not know what was happening to him. None of the cats know what Shadowfoot has ( Two-leg vetrinary guides obviously not being available to them.) Now growing into an older apprentice, his parents suggested that he did not risk himself too much, and retire early to the Elders. No way. he was still a great warrior at heart! Shadowfoot never has spoken much. It is not out of self-shame or angst. He just... never really spoke much. Sign language was his thing; perhaps he just found it too much of a bother to articulate constantly. Maybe speaking just ruined the nice silence for him. Shadowfoot has lived a rather happy life so far though, despite the common slap-dose of sickness. He does what he can to help his clan as long as he agrees with their methods.
